Town Facility Rentals
The Town of Cedar Lake rents various facilities throughout the year for the benefit of our community. Below is a list of the facilities that are available:

Shelter and Clubhouse rates for non-profit organizations are 25% of the rates listed.

- This facility requires a $200 security deposit. Please contact park office for more details. Â
- Security deposits will be refunded by check approximately 30-45 days after the event and may be reduced or withheld altogether for damages or excessive cleaning is required after your rental and will be based on the “cost to cure” method.
- Additional fees, permits, security and deposits will be required with all alcohol permitted events.
- Payment and security deposit are due at the time of rental.
- A driver’s license or legal identification is required for rentals. Proof of residency is required for resident rates.
- Non-profit organizations will be required to provide proof of non-profit status.
- Must have a permit and Rental form filled out stating the date of rental.

LIONS DEN
Location: 7408 Constitution Avenue (Behind Town complex, overlooking the lake)
Amenities: Picnic tables, grill & electricity
Cost: $100.00 ($7.00 tax/$107.00 total)
CARDINALS ROOST
Location: 7408 Constitution Avenue (Northeast side of the museum, near the bandstand)
Amenities: Picnic tables, grill & electricity
Cost: $50 ($3.50 tax/$53.50 total)
BANDSTAND/STAGE
Location: 7408 Constitution Avenue (Northeast side of the museum, overlooking lake)
Amenities: bleachers, picnic tables & electricity
Cost: $250 ($17.50 tax/$267.50 total)
CLUBHOUSE
Location: 9800 W 129th Ave (off Parrish Ave)
Amenities: Picnic tables, tables & chairs, kitchen, parking, indoor restrooms, heat/air conditioning, electricity
Cost: Non-Profit $50.00 (+$3.50 tax where applicable), Cedar Lake Residents $125.00 ($ 8.75 tax/$133.75 total), Non-Residents $200.00 ($14.00 tax/$214.00 total).  Additional fees, permits, security and deposits will be required with all alcohol permitted events. This facility requires a deposit at the time of reservation.
