Thank you for visiting the Town of Cedar Lake!  Our town namesake is a 794-acre lake enjoyed by residents and visitors alike – both from the shore and in the water. The public access point to Cedar Lake is at the Chamber of Commerce building at Lake Shore Drive and Cline Avenue on the north end of the lake.

The Town complex is located on the corner of Morse Avenue and Constitution Avenue.  This where you will find the Town Hall, which is home to the Clerk-Treasurer’s office, Planning Building and Zoning Department, Administrative Office, and Police Department. The complex contains 18 acres of parks and open space, including over 6,000 feet of lakeshore with picnic shelters and a gazebo to spend a relaxing day outdoors with your family. The Town Complex is home to the annual SummerFest Event. In addition to the festival and the bountiful open space, the Lake of the Red Cedars Museum, a restored resort hotel with a rich history, is located on this property.

Cedar Lake has so much to offer for visitors, residents, and businesses alike. We hope that you choose to make Cedar Lake your destination and enjoy “Cedar Living.”
