This class will focus on strength and balance in a variety of class formats. It will also be working on your mind and body as you work together to stay... Make slime with Cedar Lake Parks ages 5-12. All Supplies included. Seniors can listen to a presentation from a community member, enjoy light refreshments, and play BINGO.
