Residents and business owners are encouraged to help keep our sidewalks safe by keeping them free of snow, ice or any other obstructions. A clear sidewalk is the responsibility of the property owner and makes our community more accessible and safer.
Cedar Lake was recently awarded over $400,000 in federal grants to construct sidewalks in the vicinity of Hanover Central, Jane Ball Elementary, and MacArthur Elementary. The funding for the Hanover/Jane Ball improvements was released in late 2010. The project is currently under design. The MacArthur funding will be released at the end of 2011. If you have any questions about this or any other project, please feel free to email us at askthetown@cedarlakein.org.

Amy began earning her credits in 2005 when she was the Assistant Deputy Clerk.
