License to Carry a Handgun

On July 1, 2022, House Bill 1296 will be in effect, permitting Constitutional Carry in Indiana.  You will no longer need a License to Carry a Handgun within the State of Indiana as long as the individual meets the legal requirement set forth in HB 1296. Licenses are still available for reciprocity in other states. For more information, please visit: https://www.usconcealedcarry.com/resources/ccw_reciprocity_map/in-gun-laws/
