Projected Project Start/End:  May 3^rd to June 21^st 2023   

Scope of Work:  Concrete curb and sidewalk ramp replacement at Doffin St & Highland St intersections, asphalt patching and resurfacing, pavement striping, landscaping restoration

Traffic:  The project work zone will be open to local traffic only during daytime construction hours 7am – 7pm, short term closures at times are possible.  Please use an alternate route if possible and drive slow with caution.

5/16/2023 Note from our Project Manager: 137th Avenue roadway project to take place tomorrow through Friday (17th-19th) weather pending. 137th Avenue will be closed (from Parrish to CSX RxR Tracks) during working hours (7am – 7pm). There will be a signed detour set up for traveling public to use Lauerman, 141st, and Parrish to get around. Winding Creek folks will have to use Parrish for access. Residents on 137th are to park cars that they may need access to during working hours in Winding Creek. The road will open back up for traffic after each working period and will only have a 2” bump at the ends between each day (bump signs will be in place).
