Yoga Classes

Learn to let go, tune into your breath and gentle stretchy your body.

Where: Cedar Lake Town Hall Meeting Room, 7404 Constitution Ave.
When: Sunday evenings
Time: 6:00pm to 7:00 pm for ALL Ages
Cost: $8.00 per class to be paid upon arrival, pre-registration is not required.
What to bring: Mat, water and a small towel. Come join us for some gentle yoga. Appropriate for everybody. Brand-new to yoga? Always wanted to try? Over 40? Perfect! Classes led by a registered yoga teacher, Kandi Bredar.
